Posting this mostly so the next person searching finds an answer. It only shows up after about twenty minutes, which made it a nightmare to reproduce.

Reposting with more detail after my last thread got no traction. The default settings are clearly tuned for a different setup than mine.

Every guide I can find skips the part I am actually stuck on. The patch notes hinted at this but never actually spelled it out.
