   Faction wars roster help (new findings)

   I searched first and found three threads that all contradict each other. It only shows up after about twenty minutes, which made it a nightmare to reproduce. Turning one setting down fixed it, which raises more questions than it answers. Thanks in advance to anyone who chips in.
