RAID: Shadow Legends

Reposting with more detail after my last thread got no traction. It only shows up after about twenty minutes, which made it a nightmare to reproduce.

Third attempt at getting this right, so bear with me. I got it working once and then could not repeat it, which is the frustrating part.

Hoping someone can sanity-check my reasoning before I commit to it. It seems to depend heavily on region, which nobody mentions anywhere.
