Battery drain — settings that actually help

Reposting with more detail after my last thread got no traction. The difference only becomes obvious once you look at the frame times rather than the average.

    In my testing, temperature is the usual culprit when performance degrades over a session.

    The usual fix here is the defaults are conservative on purpose, so there is usually headroom to gain.

    Same boat here. the averages hide the problem; look at the one percent lows instead.
