Does Clash Royale run on older mid-range phones?

I have read the FAQ and it does not cover this case. The default settings are clearly tuned for a different setup than mine.

I will report back once I have tested it properly.

For what it is worth, the defaults are conservative on purpose, so there is usually headroom to gain.

Slightly different take — ignore the loudest advice; the boring answer is usually the correct one here.

Adding to the above: give it a clean reinstall before assuming the hardware is at fault.

This comes up a lot, so: measure before and after, otherwise you are just guessing whether it helped.
