Coming back after a long break and trying to catch up. Rolling back to the previous version made the problem disappear entirely.

Two settings appear to interact in a way the menu does not hint at. If someone has a link to a proper explanation, I will take it.

Only partly related, but region and server load matter more than most guides acknowledge.

The usual fix here is check whether an overlay is running before blaming the game itself.

This comes up a lot, so: if it only happens in one mode, that narrows it down considerably.

Report back once you have tried it.

Same boat here. the wiki number is theoretical; real results are always a bit lower.

For what it is worth, the community guide covers this better than I can, but the summary is to prioritise the basics first.

Same boat here. nine times out of ten it is a driver or a background process, not the thing you suspect.

Others may have a cleaner method.

Short version: worth testing on a second account to rule out something profile-specific.

Short version: you get most of the benefit from the first adjustment; everything after that is marginal.

From experience, measure before and after, otherwise you are just guessing whether it helped.

Only partly related, but the averages hide the problem; look at the one percent lows instead.

I went through this last month. the wiki number is theoretical; real results are always a bit lower.

Only partly related, but the trick is to change one thing at a time and actually note the result before touching anything else.

Worth a shot before anything drastic.
