Dragon 15 rotation help

I searched first and found three threads that all contradict each other. Two settings appear to interact in a way the menu does not hint at.

Turning one setting down fixed it, which raises more questions than it answers. Marking this solved once something actually works.

The usual fix here is measure before and after, otherwise you are just guessing whether it helped.
