Reply with the code, the game, and the region you redeemed it in. Region matters more than people expect — a good portion of "this code does not work" reports are region locks rather than expiry.

Codes are almost always single-use per account and many are time-limited, so redeem promptly rather than saving them.

Slightly different take — it depends heavily on your specific setup, so take any single number with a grain of salt.

From experience, worth testing on a second account to rule out something profile-specific.

Short version: check whether an overlay is running before blaming the game itself.

Counterpoint: do the cheap diagnostic first — it costs nothing and rules out half the causes.

Adding to the above: keep a note of what you changed, otherwise you cannot undo it cleanly later.

Worth a shot before anything drastic.

In my testing, this changed for me after the last patch, so older threads may steer you wrong.

Only partly related, but the safe move is the reversible one — you can always undo it if it makes things worse.

Good luck, it is a common snag.

Speaking as someone who got it wrong initially, nine times out of ten it is a driver or a background process, not the thing you suspect.

For what it is worth, that behaviour is intentional, even though it is poorly explained in-game.

The usual fix here is that behaviour is intentional, even though it is poorly explained in-game.

Not the answer you want, but keep a note of what you changed, otherwise you cannot undo it cleanly later.

Report back once you have tried it.

Adding to the above: do not copy someone else’s config wholesale — start from defaults and adjust to your own setup.

Good luck, it is a common snag.
