Did anyone redeem the Marvel Rivals launch reward?

Bit of a niche question, but this seems like the right crowd for it. What actually changed my results was slowing down and reading the tooltips properly instead of rushing.

I got it working once and then could not repeat it, which is the frustrating part. Feel free to tell me I have missed something obvious.
