Best budget mechanical keyboard you actually use

Been chewing on this for a while, so I figured I would ask here. The default settings are clearly tuned for a different setup than mine.

Two settings appear to interact in a way the menu does not hint at. I can post logs or screenshots if that would make this easier to diagnose.
